We will not access your sessions, or any of your other proprietary data for that matter, unless you explicitly give access to our customer success team for support. All data is stored in the United States using best-of-class cloud providers AWS and MongoDB Atlas.
Authentication by the leading identity provider
Because security of your authentication credentials is so critical, Meahana uses Auth0 by Okta, the leading identity provider, to store all credentials and manage all authentication workflows.
Encryption at rest and in transit
Regardless of your plan, your data is securely managed and encrypted with TLS 1.2 or higher for transit and AES 256 at rest.
Vulnerability scanning
All code and infrastructure configurations are reviewed by a senior developer and scanned by Snyk against their extensive vulnerability database before every release. Additionally, we conduct a third-party penetration test at least annually.

We know having Meahana perform well during your sessions is a top priority. To ensure this, our sessions services on AWS automatically scale up based on demand.
High availability
To provide the highest level of availability, all production services run multiple parallel containers with failover across multiple availability zones.
Your data is safe
Backups are automatically managed by MongoDB Atlas and should any corruption or outage occur, we can restore to any point in time within the past 24 hours.
